Weekly Writing Wrap-Up 8/11

This week was another solid work week for me. It was a real test, because my partner is back and work leaving me alone with two anti-writing tiny ones most of the week. But, as they are getting older, they’re slowing down a little, which gives me a few more opportunities to sneak off and type a few words on the laptop before they notice and start asking for fruit snacks and apples and graham crackers.

Anyway, I was still able to put down over 14,000 words in Rage of the Dead this week. I will very likely write “the end” in the next couple of weeks, however I know there is still plenty of stuff to go back and add in and quite a few revisions to make as well. Either way, I’m right on track for where I need to be for the November release date.

This coming week should be more work on Rage, although I may put begin to put some words down for book four if I get stuck. I’d also I’d like to get another episode of Dead Souls up, so I might find time to squeeze that in. I am really resisting the urge to even touch my other series idea at this point, because I don’t want to get caught up in it before I get all the way through the last book of the ROTD series.

There are so many ideas I still have to find time to work on that I may need to start considering a ghost writer. (Just kidding)

Until next week, thanks for reading!
