It’s finally here! Rage Of The Dead just released this morning & hopefully you’ve already snagged a copy and are enjoying reading it. It’s also a pretty special day here, because my youngest daughter turned four today & the book is dedicated to her. So today is mostly just a day to take a break and celebrate, because there is a lot coming up in November!
I have the next installment of Dead Souls ready to go for my Patreon page and that will be going up tomorrow evening! This month on Patreon, I’m also going to have a sneak peak at the first chapter in ROTD 4, cover reveal, as well as a post about what is to come for Refuge of the Dead. I’m also going to talk a LOT about a new series I’m writing, a sneak peak at some of my WIP called “The Cadre” for now. I am also working on a new ROTD short for Patrons that should be released around Thanksgiving. I’m going to have a special ROTD update at the end of the month as well, but I want to make sure everyone has a chance to read Rage first, because I don’t want to spoil some of what happens. However, I can say it involves ROTD 5, which is also being written currently.
November is also audiobook month. After more technical productions snags, Return of the Dead is about halfway recorded, so I’m hopeful we will have that wrapped up and released in December. It’s taken forever, I know. I have been calling ROTD 2 the cursed novel for the last year after all the seemingly endless problems that have plagued that book! John Crosthwaite is recording Rage of the Dead at the same time and that should be done shortly after.
I’ve never had much luck at NaNoWriMo, but that has never stopped me from trying. This month I’m hoping to write the first draft of two novels though, so I have a pretty good feeling I will write a lot more than 50,000 words before December rolls around. I’ve contacted an editor that I’m going to try working with this month just to help handle everything that is in the pipeline. Hopefully that works out well and it will help speed up the time between releases dramatically.
Lastly, just wanted to say a thank you to all you guys that have stuck with this series! I’ll keep doing my best to make these stories as entertaining and exciting as I can.
